Noah Weisberger helps investors understand how macroeconomic regimes, earnings dynamics, valuations, and sector leadership shape U.S. equity market returns and portfolio positioning. His work focuses on translating top-down macro signals, fundamental trends, and quantitative market analysis into clear investment implications across the S&P 500, sectors, industries, and thematic equity exposures.
Noah leads BCA’s U.S. equity market coverage. He develops index-level forecasts, sector views, thematic recommendations, and portfolio construction frameworks that help institutional investors navigate changing economic conditions, market turning points, and shifts in leadership beneath the index.
Before joining BCA, Noah held senior roles on the buy side at PGIM, and in sell-side research at Alliance Bernstein, and Goldman Sachs. He began his career at the Council of Economic Advisers during the Clinton administration, where he saw firsthand the importance of rigorous analysis in shaping policy debates and in real-world decision-making. His background spans strategic asset allocation, equity strategy, macroeconomics, and portfolio construction.
Noah holds a PhD and MA in Economics from Harvard University and a BA in Mathematics from Yeshiva University. He lives with his family in the Westchester County suburbs, where he can be found playing pickleball and hiking with his rapidly aging, but still energetic, Golden Retriever, Caleb.
